These terms apply to all purchases made on this website, including digital products and mentoring services.

By purchasing from this site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase digital products or mentoring services from this site.

2. Payment & Pricing

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
All transactions are processed securely via WooCommerce (or an approved provider).
This business is currently not VAT registered, so VAT is not charged.
By purchasing, you agree to the payment provider’s terms and privacy policy.

3. Digital Products (Downloads)

All items sold as planners, templates, PDFs, spreadsheets, or other digital resources are digital downloads only. No physical items will be shipped.

Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to download your purchase.

❗ Digital Product Refunds

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may request a refund only if the product has not been downloaded.
Once a digital file has been downloaded, you waive your right to cancel, and no refund will be offered.

4. Mentoring Services

This website offers 1:1 mentoring services, including The Fairy Godmother Experience™ and any standalone mentoring sessions. These services are educational and supportive in nature. They do not provide:

regulated financial advice
tax advice
investment recommendations
debt counselling

🌙 Mentoring Refund Policy

To help you feel safe in your decision:

Only for The Fairy Godmother Experience™:
If you attend Session One and feel the programme is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of completing Session One.
After this period, all payments become non-refundable.

Standalone mentoring sessions are non-refundable once delivered.

⏱️ Cancellations & No-Shows

You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice via your scheduling link.
If you do not join the session within 10 minutes of the start time, the session will be marked as a no-show and is non-refundable.
No-shows and late cancellations may be rescheduled at the mentor’s discretion, but this is not guaranteed.

5. Confidentiality & Recordings

Your information is confidential and will not be shared without consent, except where required by UK law (e.g., safeguarding, crime, harm).

🎥 Use of Fathom AI

With your consent, mentoring sessions may be recorded using Fathom, a secure AI note-taking tool.

You may download the recording during the 30-day window.
Fathom automatically deletes recordings and transcripts after 30 days.
The mentor does not store long-term copies of your recordings or transcripts.

You may decline recording at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All digital products, spreadsheets, worksheets, templates, and mentoring materials are protected by copyright. They are for personal use only and must not be shared, reproduced, resold, or distributed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

No responsibility is accepted for losses or decisions you make based on products or mentoring services.
The mentor is not liable for technical issues such as internet failure, software outages, or recording errors.

You remain responsible for your own financial decisions.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be handled under this jurisdiction.
