WELCOME TO

THE KITCHEN TABLE MONEY CLUB

The place where money management stops being scary, complicated or boring & starts feeling like something you can & want to actually do. You’re not alone

WHAT I BELIEVE

THE PHILOSOPHY

You are not bad with money.

Most of us piece together our financial lives as best we can, copying what our parents did, following advice that does not quite fit, trying systems designed for someone else’s brain and someone else’s life.

Then we blame ourselves when it does not work.

Here is what I know after years of working with women on exactly this: there are knowledge gaps, there are routine lapses & rarely is it a discipline situation. It is almost always the absence of a system that fits one that works with how you actually think, feel and live.

Money is not just maths. It is psychology, identity, habit, emotion and history all tangled together. The way you feel about money right now was shaped long before you had any of your own. The beliefs you carry that money is stressful, that you are not good with it, that you should have figured this out by now those are not facts. They are stories. And stories can change.

That is what we do here. We untangle the story, build the system, and help you become someone who feels genuinely steady with money. Not perfect. Not obsessed. Just steady.

Practical financial mentoring delivered with emotional intelligence.

THIS IS A

A Fresh Approach

Mentoring, coaching, financial advice what is the difference and why does it matter?

This comes up a lot so let me be clear, because the distinction genuinely matters when you are choosing who to work with.

Financial advice is regulated by the FCA. A financial advisor recommends specific products; investments, pensions, mortgages. I do not do this and I am not authorised to. If you need regulated financial advice, I will point you in the right direction. Getting the right one, who listens to YOU is vital when it comes to quality financial planning.

Financial coaching typically focuses on behaviour and mindset, helping you identify blocks and set goals. It tends to stay in the emotional and motivational space.

Financial training is educational, teaching you concepts, tools and techniques. It is more instructional and less personal.

What I provide is mentoring

I share from lived experience, I teach practical tools, I ask questions that help you think differently, and I give you specific guidance based on your actual situation. It is personal, practical and entirely focused on you.

It is largely practical so that you come away with new skills and new tools to layer onto fresh thinking.

I am not a therapist, counsellor or trauma specialist. I do not do deep psychological work and I would never pretend to. But I am deeply emotionally intelligent, I have lived experience of financial stress and recovery, and I create a space where you can be free to discuss as you wish.

The result is something that feels warm, practical, human and genuinely effective.

A TOUCH OF PSYCHOLOGY

knowing what to do and actually doing it are two completely different things

You already know you should have a budget. You know you should save. You know you should open that letter.

So why does it not happen?

Because behaviour change is not about information. If it were, everyone who had ever read a personal finance book would be sorted by now.

Real, lasting change happens when three things align:

  1. You understand your own patterns
  2. You have a system that fits your life and your brain
  3. You believe, genuinely believe, that you are capable of doing this.

That third one is where most financial tools fail. They give you the spreadsheet but not the confidence. The plan but not the identity shift that makes the plan stick.

This is why the work we do together starts with where you are, not where you think you should be. Why we look at what has not worked before, and why. Why we build something you actually believe in rather than something you are white-knuckling your way through.

You are not relying on willpower when you leave. You are relying on a system. And that makes all the difference.

TWO WAYS WE CAN WORK TOGETHER

WHICH ONE SOUNDS LIKE YOU?

THE FOUNDATION SESSION

“I used to feel on top of this. Somewhere along the way, that changed.”

You are capable and largely organised a bit like Faye, who had always managed her finances well until life shifted and everything felt suddenly scrambled. Life has moved on and your finances have not kept up.

You do not need to start from scratch. You just need one focused hour to update your map and leave with a clear plan.

One session. One hour. One giant exhale.

THE FAIRY GODMOTHER EXPERIENCE

“I have tried before. It never sticks. I think I need more than a plan.”

Managing money feels heavier than it should, a bit like Rosie, who understood exactly what she was doing and why, but could not seem to stop the pattern.

You might be completely new to this or you might have tried a hundred times and lost confidence.

Three sessions. Your past, present and future. You, finally feeling steady.

Not sure?

Book a free 15 minute gentle hello and we will figure it out together over a cup of tea.

WE CAN CREATE THIS PEACEFUL SYSTEM TOGETHER

The four foundations

Your money, organised beautifully.

1. Emotional Confidence

This is a safe space to unpack your money story without shame, pressure or judgement. I will listen, ask emotionally resonant questions so that I can guide you with compassion. We’ll explore what’s been getting in your way and how to move forward with fresh eyes.

2. Clear Step-by-Step Structure for Financial Competence

No more guesswork. No more wondering “am I doing this right?” Together we build a simple, supportive pathway you can follow with ease. One that turns your frazzled thinking into clarity and keeps you moving in the right direction.

3. Practical Systems That Save Time & Headspace

From life admin to spending plans to tracking what matters, we design systems that fit your brain, your lifestyle and your energy. Not complicated. Not rigid. Just beautifully functional tools that make everyday money management feel lovely.

4. Evergreen Creative Living

Your finances should support the life you want, not stifle it. We weave in gentle lifestyle planning, seasonal rhythms and future-thinking so your money becomes a partner in your joy, not a barrier. This is where intention meets inspiration.

Five Golden Outcomes

Depending on your most pressing priorities…

1. Life Admin Organised & Under Control

No more missed renewals, forgotten bills or financial clutter. Together we streamline your essentials so you feel clear, prepared and quietly proud every time you open your inbox or banking app. You’ll also be saving money.

2. A Clear, Repeatable Lifestyle Plan

You’ll leave with a realistic plan for the next 3, 6 and 12 months, time permitting.

A plan that guides your choices, reduces stress and moves you forward with intention instead of a headache. A rhythm you can rinse and repeat, forever.

3. A Beautiful Foundational Budget That Actually Works

We create a simple, gorgeous budgeting system that slots into your life.

You’ll know what you have available to spend, how much to save and how to reduce the volume of & navigate, unexpected expenses.

4. Savings With Oomph (and No More Dipping In)

You’ll build savings that feel meaningful and exciting!

The kind you want to add to, not endlessly borrow from. Your money finally feels like it’s growing with you, not slipping through your fingers.

5. Pride in Your Evolving Relationship With Money

This is where the magic really happens.

You’ll feel grounded, capable and rooted in your values.

Making decisions with intention, partnering with loved ones more smoothly, and knowing you’re co-creating a life you’re excited about.

If I’m your kind of person then here’s some other Q&A’s to help you to make the right choice

What if I'm really bad with numbers?

You don’t need to be good at maths.

You just need a willingness to show up.
I guide you step-by-step, using simple, visual ways of understanding your money.

Many clients arrive scared of numbers… and leave feeling calm and capable. Truly.

How much time will I need between sessions?

Just small, gentle pockets of time to reflect and try the simple tools we build together. Most women weave this into daily life. Sunday mornings, quiet evenings, or a cosy half-hour with a cup of tea.

I’ve tried budgeting so many times before. Will this really work for me?

Yes because this isn’t just a template or a quick fix. It’s not a financial diet you won’t be craving to go shopping!
It’s a guided experience built around how you think, feel and live.
We don’t squeeze you into a generic system, we create one that fits you beautifully. Using a framework that I know works.
That’s why it sticks.

If I dont enjoy the session can i get a refund?

Absolutely.  I want you to feel safe and supported in this process.
If you attend session one of the three in the Fairy Godmother Experience, and genuinely feel the experience isn’t a good fit, you may request a refund by email within 24 hours, and your payment will be returned in full. Or tell me on that call & I can sort it out quickly with the minimum of fuss.

My goal is for you to feel held, not trapped, so yes, you do have a gentle safety net.

See MENTORING TERMS & CONDITIONS

can I share my toolkit with someone?

Please don’t for these reasons:

  1. It might not be quite right for their needs so they don’t enjoy the product which will be more than a shame!
  2. I have put a lot of time and effort into everything that I do, there are a lot of free resources you’re welcome to share but as a small independent business, clients paying for my products enable me to continue to be generous with the freebies. And earn a wage!
  3. My unique products are protected by © copyright law so it is my right to extend this to any unauthorised sharing, distribution or selling of my work. You can see more here https://www.gov.uk/copyright

What if I feel embarrassed about my finances, or get upset?

You’ll be met with compassion, not judgement. I cried with a client recently as her story was very emotional. You don’t get that with an app do you?
Nothing you share will shock me and everything you share will make sense once we untangle it together. You are safe here.

Is this only for women?

Although most of my clients are women, occasionally couples, the experience is open to anyone who resonates with my approach: calm, structured, shame-free financial mentoring. If it speaks to you, you’re most definitely welcome.

Do I need to share my banking details?

Absolutely not, you must not.
You stay in control of what you share and how you share it. You can work on your spreadsheet without me seeing it if you like. It does of course make it easier if you do screen share with me during our session but you don’t have to.
